The original and the best.
Since we invented the LED camp light bar back in 2008, Hardkorr camp light bars have been the only choice for campers who want quality built products that will last for many years. The design has changed and new features introduced over the years, but it’s still made with the same meticulous attention to detail that made us a household name.
More recently, many 4×4 enthusiasts have also discovered how useful these lights can be in canopies, tailgates and toolboxes. Hardkorr now supplies these lights to some of the biggest names in 4×4 customisation as well as thousands of DIYers every year.
Our 100cm tri-colour LED camping light bar kit provides extra bright illumination for open areas such as under awnings or gazebos. It is also handy for illuminating tailgates, larger canopies and even garden sheds or home workshops.
This kit also includes accessories for pole mounting, powering, dimming and changing the colour of the light.
- NEW Tri-colour dimmers: allows you to select between cool white, warm white and orange light at the touch of a button
- Thicker bar profile for added strength and improved appearance
- Multiple light bar mounting options:
- Inbuilt magnets for attachment to most metal surfaces
- Removable pole clips (sold separately) for easy attachment to non-magnetic tent poles
- Removable diffusers for a wider angle, softer light beam
- Removable end caps make flush mount applications look even better by hiding the join between the cable and the bar end
- Reinforced grommets to prevent wire breakage at light bar ends
- IP68 waterproof rating means the lights are completely watertight (in fact they will run underwater)
- Waterproof locking DC connectors on all cables
- Heavy-duty, double insulated cables to prevent voltage drop, which results in brighter bars
- Minimal heat output, unlike gas lamps
- Low power consumption – can be left on all night without affecting your battery
From orange to white at the touch of a button.

Often imitated, never duplicated.
The LED camp lights that Hardkorr invented are now seen across thousands of Australian campsites. In the years since we introduced them to the market, we’ve developed and released many innovations and improvements designed to make your camping experience comfortable and hassle-free, including orange/white technology, reinforced grommet ends, inbuilt magnets, removable pole clips and more.
We’ve now taken the next leap forward in design and technology, making lighting your campsite even easier by addressing some of the key gripes campers had with previous LED lighting technology. Our exclusive diffusers, now included with all light bars, create a much wider, more pleasant light beam – no more LEDs shining in your eyes if you’re on the wrong angle! The light bar pole clips make attaching your bars to non-magnetic tent poles much easier.
Additionally, flush mounting is now easier and looks better thanks to our wire-covering end caps and flush mount clips (flush mount clips sold separately).
And if all that wasn’t enough… our new dimmers give these kits the ability to now produce three shades of light: cool white, warm white and orange! The new warm white setting gives off a light that is nearly as bright as cool white, but with a pleasant soothing warmth to the colour.
How does orange light reduce bug presence?
Some bugs, like mosquitos and moths, can’t help but move their body towards any light source they can see. This phenomenon is called positive phototaxis. Entomologists still don’t have a complete understanding of why this phenomenon exists, but it is clearly observable in nature.
Of course, bugs will only be attracted to light they can see, and there is a useful difference between the spectra of light which are visible to humans compared to bugs. Humans can generally see light which has a wavelength between 380nm (blue) and 740nm (red). Most bugs, conversely, can see light with a wavelength between 300nm and 600nm.
The wavelength of our orange LEDs is 610nm, putting them outside of the spectrum visible to must bugs, but still well inside the boundaries of human vision. As a result, most bugs will not congregate around our orange light because they simply don’t know it is there.

Excellent light, works as advertised. Well worth the money, bought when on sale.

Not a bad product , light produced is good and the dimmer is handy. Fitting was not smooth as the clips didnt hold it very well and was hard to attach, initially it wouldnt click in and the plastic mounts are very flimsy and break easily. A better attachment would make it great but otherwise a good useful light. Unfortunately one of the dimmers with the lights didnt work and had a burnt smell when energised but luckily wasnt an issue as I was only using one dimmer for 2 lights anyway. Overall a good light and looks sleek in the canopy.

Purchased 2 x 1m light bars for camper annex. Excellent product and great to have so many accessories included that make them a breeze to set up anywhere and in any configuration – even spare mounting clips in case of breakage!! I love having the flexibility of the 3 different colour temperatures (cool white, warm white and orange) and dimmable as well. Like others, I store them in conduit tubes when not in use as I would hate either to break – they are so good!

Great versatile light for caravanning and allows us to move the light to suit where we are sitting
The orange light is great for keeping the mozzies away
We bought a length of 50mm pvc pipe to store the tube whilst travelling

Fantastic product, this light works very well, and is very well made like the many other Korr products I’ve used, very happy

I ordered two 1m light bars and have fitted them on each side of the Ford Ranger tub – I can finally see what I’m doing at night! They do the job perfectly and were a breeze to fit.

Great unit, low current draw and the flexibility of white/orange light is a massive advantage. Also comes with the ability to add extra lights if needed. Awesome quality and great value for money!

Have two of these for outside lighting in our big awning. Really only need one. Lights up a huge area with minimal current draw. The new tri colour dimmer is great, set it at the level you want and that’s what comes on next time you use it, doesn’t get knocked like the old rotating one. Was surprised to find the pole clips included with this light. We now have two external 1m bars, one internal 1m bar and a 30cm bar for our shower tent. All of them are awesome. Magnets are strong and attach to the smallest amount of steel with ease. Hardest thing is storage. The older style without the diffuser we have fits nicely inside a 1m length of tent pole cut down for the purpose; the newer light with the diffuser is bigger and wont fit. Need at least a 25mm pipe to store it.

Good product although a little hard to attach to a canopy door , have it all set up now and seems like a good quality light . Hope to test the yellow light feature and see If it makes a difference with bugs👍 super bright and would buy more if I needed more light

Installed as a permanent light in the outdoor kitchen. Works really well, no bugs on yellow which is perfect. Good light, highly recommended.

I rate the lights! Got them installed in the canopy and they a bright light which is what I wanted. The dimmer on them are really handy for when it’s time to chill out 🍻. Downside probably the cost.

Happy to give a good review on a good product.
The versatility of the lights are fantastic, i ordered 2 light bars and you can join them together to 1 dimmer switch to control both of them. or just use them on different circuits.
My favourite part funnily enough is the 3 magnets. the magnets are strong enough to store the lights upside down to a metal beam during travelling down corrigated 4×4 tracks. so you don’t have to store the lights with all the other gear.

Great light, husband said we don’t need it but he loves it! Sit by the fire have yellow bug free light on, great soft light or white light for cooking, magnets and pole clips make it very easy to use anywhere
Store ours in a length of 30mm poly pipe in van boot, have extension so can run the light 10 meters away, great in free camps where it’s very dark.

Works really well and great that it can be linked with other LED lights. Only downside is that it would be good if it had a carry tube/case that protected it, as being 1m long it is difficult to protect.
