The material is engineered to last, offering top-level protection against mould and mildew with a thick enough compound to keep you dry during a night’s sleep in one of North QLD’s trademark summer storms.

Our poly-cotton will also provide great resistance to UV and reduce the heat cycling through the tent, making for a comfortable overnight stay wherever you decide to set up camp.

NOTE: This product requires a thorough treatment every six months to help prevent mould, rust, and to help ensure you get the possible use out of it. This treatment should consist of a thorough wet down (no soaps or detergents required), and a lubrication solution (like a lanolin spray) applied to the metal surfaces.

Answer: When your order is completed and shipped, you will receive an automatic email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. If you haven’t received your email, please check your junk folder. If you still cannot find it, please click here to email us and request another copy.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Answer: Delivery on all orders over $100 is free of charge within Australia, with the exception of the following remote postcodes: 0800-0999, 2898-2899, and 6215-6799. Any orders that do not meet the free shipping criteria are charged at our cost.

What is Transit Protection?

Answer: At checkout, you will have the option to take Transit Protection. For a small fee, Transit Protection guarantees the safety of your order in transit. If any product in your order is lost or damaged after it leaves our warehouse, we will organise for a replacement to be sent at no additional cost to you. Click here to find out more.

What happens if I do not select the Transit Protection option?

Answer: We send all orders via reliable Australian freight companies such as Australia Post and Star Track, and incidences of lost or damaged items are very rare. In the event that loss or damage does occur, we will always do our best to assist where we can. However, please note that in some cases you may need to seek resolution through the courier company directly if you do not take the Transit Protection option at checkout and your goods are lost or damaged in transit.
