We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 2 business days after they are received. Here is an approximate guide to delivery timeframes once the order is dispatched:
QLD Metro: 1-2 business days after dispatch
QLD Other: 2-3 business days after dispatch
NSW Metro: 2-3 business days after dispatch
NSW Other: 3-4 business days after dispatch
VIC Metro: 3-4 business days after dispatch
VIC Other: 4-5 business days after dispatch
SA/NT Metro: 4-5 business days after dispatch
SA/NT Other: 5-7 business days after dispatch
WA Metro: 6-7 business days after dispatch
WA Other: 10-14 business days after dispatch
TAS: 5-6 business days after dispatch
When your order is completed and shipped, you will receive an automatic email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. If you haven’t received your email, please check your junk folder. If you still cannot find it, please email info@hardkorr.com to request another copy.
Delivery on all orders over $100 is free of charge within Australia, with the exception of the following remote postcodes: 0800-0999, 2898-2899, and 6215-6799. Any orders that do not meet the free shipping criteria are charged at our cost.

We do not ship to other countries via the website. If you are located outside of Australia and would like to purchase our products, please email us. Please note our minimum order value is $200 for orders outside Australia.
