How long will it take for my gear to arrive?
Answer: We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 2 business days after they are received. Here is an approximate guide to delivery timeframes once the order is dispatched: North Island - Next Day Delivery South Island - 2 Day Delivery *For Rural Delivery please allow an extra day or two*
How can I track my order?
Answer: When your order is completed and shipped, you will receive an automatic email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. If you haven't received your email, please check your junk folder. If you still cannot find it, please email nz@hardkorr.com to request another copy.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Answer: Delivery is charged at a flat rate of $8 to all North Island addresses, and $12 to the South Island.
How can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Answer: If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible on (09) 945 5585. If outside of business hours, click here to send us an email.
Do you ship to other countries?
Answer: We do not accept orders from countries other than New Zealand. If you are located outside of New Zealand, please contact our head office in Australia via telephone on +61 7 3801 8332.
