How long will it take for my gear to arrive?

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 2 business days after they are received. Here is an approximate guide to delivery timeframes once the order is dispatched:

QLD Metro: 1-2 business days after dispatch
QLD Other: 2-3 business days after dispatch

NSW Metro: 2-3 business days after dispatch
NSW Other: 3-4 business days after dispatch

VIC Metro: 3-4 business days after dispatch
VIC Other: 4-5 business days after dispatch

SA/NT Metro: 4-5 business days after dispatch
SA/NT Other: 5-7 business days after dispatch

WA Metro: 6-7 business days after dispatch
WA Other: 10-14 business days after dispatch

TAS: 5-6 business days after dispatch

How can I track my order?

When your order is completed and shipped, you will receive an automatic email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. If you haven’t received your email, please check your junk folder. If you still cannot find it, please email info@hardkorr.com to request another copy.

What is Transit Protection?

At checkout, you will have the option to take Transit Protection. For a small fee, Transit Protection guarantees the safety of your order in transit. If any product in your order is lost or damaged after it leaves our warehouse, we will organise for a replacement to be sent at no additional cost to you. Click here to find out more.

What happens if I do not select the Transit Protection option?

We send all orders via reliable Australian freight companies such as Australia Post and Star Track, and incidences of lost or damaged items are very rare. In the event that loss or damage does occur, we will always do our best to assist where we can. However, please note that in some cases you may need to seek resolution through the courier company directly if you do not take the Transit Protection option at checkout and your goods are lost or damaged in transit.

How can I change my delivery address after ordering?

If you need to change your delivery address, please email us as soon as possible.

Do you ship to other countries?

We do not ship to other countries via the website. We have distributors in selected countries who may be able to assist. Please contact us if you wish to enquire as to whether your country is supported by an international distributor.
