Defect: An Isolated batch dispatched between 14/11/2023 and 15/02/2024 has been found to be missing an insulating internal foam layer which may result in an electrical short.
Hazard: Electrical short could lead to product heating or catching fire, which can cause damage to property and physical injury to users.
What to do: Do not charge the product. Discontinue use and contact Hardkorr customer service directly to organise for a replacement or full refund to be issued.
