Made in a sandwich press, this twist on the classic s’more is crispy on the outside, warm and melty on the inside, and packed with marshmallow, chocolate, and biscuit goodness. Ingredients
- 2 bread slices, buttered on one side
- 5-9 marshmallows
- 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips
- 1 digestive biscuit
Directions
- Open the sandwich press flat, turn it on, and allow it to heat.
- Lay one bread slice on each heating plate, buttered side down, until lightly toasted.
- Place the desired amount of marshmallows and chocolate chips on the side that will become the bottom of the sandwich.
- Crush the biscuit in your hand until it forms 1cm² chunks and sprinkle on top of the chocolate chips.
- Place the second piece of bread on top of the stack.
- Close the sandwich press and allow the marshmallows and chocolate to melt.
