This is a plug-and-play wiring harness for use with all Hardkorr® LED driving lights and light bars. It includes piggyback connectors for HB3 and H4 headlights to allow your auxiliary lights to be connected to your high beam circuit without cutting or soldering.

It can be used with a 12v or 24v setup, and it has dual outlets to allow use with up to two lights. A one-into-two Deutsch plug splitter is also available if you wish to run more than two lights from a single harness.

This harness is suitable for both positively and negatively switched vehicles, and is fully compliant with ADR rules.

Note: This wiring hardness is not compatible with BZR-X and Hyperion lights

Great having it all together in the one kit. The instructions were a bit foggy but got the job done.

Worked great for about 2 years without fault, then just stopped working while I was driving home from work on a remote country road the other night. Popped the bonnet and the 25A inline fuse (and fuse holder) was completely melted and destroyed. Will probably replace the relay and inline fuse and holder, then check my earth is good and hopefully all will be working again.

Pain in the ass though! I expected this gear to work longer than that. Otherwise happy.

Reliable Kit with Lengthy Cable Run, Improved Shielding Needed: A Confusing Diagram but a Lifesav...

Good kit, plenty of length for cable run. Would be better if ALL wires were shielded, not just some.

The wire diagram IN the box is a bit confusing and doesn’t explain the switch setup; you have to look at the wiring diagram ON the box (lucky I didn’t chuck it out like I normally do!)

Supplied switch doesn’t fit new hilux, so have to source one from elsewhere.

For the price, it’s a life saver having the relay, switch, piggy back all setup.

Effortless Installation and Impeccable Performance: Upgraded my 100 Series with Ultralite Driving...

Just fitted this to my 100 series along with the Ultralite driving lights.. very easy install and works perfectly. Components seem like very good quality, time will tell!

Easy Plug and Play Dual Wiring Harness: Watch out for those pesky 24V Relays!

A week ago I purchased a couple of those Korr XDW Series 45W Driving Light for my old 2001 Hilux ute 2WD along with this Dual Wiring Harness to power them up with. First laying the harness out inside engine bay, then connecting/fixing everything in place. Too Easy Lemon Squeeze. I must be honest, when I first tried to spark them up, nothing happened. HMMMMMMM. Trouble shooting, after wiggling all connections, thought, Hay Look they've supplied two Relays, may be I'll try the other one. Yer right; I had connected the 24V one so simply installing the correct 12V Relay which worked a treat. Very Happy with this Dual Wiring Harness, simple easy plug and play, just watch out for those pesky 24V Relays.
